An office space located in the backyard of the main residence, with a split level loft accessed via a step ladder with panoramic views of Mt Wellington and surrounds.

The VM process stripped back a few of the fun facade elements, however the bones of this project remained, with an efficient floor plan accommodating 2 x stand up desks, storage area, bookshelf and reading area as well as an upstairs loft queen size bed overlooking Mt Wellington. A fun little project and an excellent client.
